By Rail:
Lancaster is on the West Coast Main Line and is approx. 2 hours from Glasgow, 3 hours from London Euston, 20 minutes from Preston and 20 minutes from Carlisle.

By Road from the North
Exit the M6 at J34, turn left at traffic signals onto the A683
After approx 1 mile, bear left onto Caton Road (A683)
Past Shell petrol station, bear left signposted city centre
Turn left onto the A6, signposted city centre
Take right hand lane, signposted The North M6
Turn left into Henry Street
Turn left into Aldcliffe Road
Turn left into Penny Street

By Road from the South
Exit the M6 at J33 then at roundabout turn right onto A6
Pass through Galgate, and pass the University following signs for city centre, Lancaster
At roundabout take 2nd exit towards A6 city centre
Pass hospital, over canal bridge, arrive at Penny Street.
