All of the 40 full and part time staff at Penny Street have recently achieved top honours with accreditation from the ABII. In a first for owners Daniel Thwaites all of the Penny Street team were put through their paces in a series of workshops and appraisals by one of the leisure industries leading trainers Mike Connell.

Mike said "I'm delighted with the results achieved by the management team and staff at Penny Street, our total commitment is to deliver customer service and standards to all of our customers and hotel guests."
